Our patented infeed system utilizes a unique and innovative vacuum arch that allows the versatility to band with a wide variety of inexpensive, heat-sealable banding materials. This system is essential for consistent and foolproof operation. By utilizing a vacuum to draw and hold the banding material to durable drive belts positioned in the arch, the Bandall provides the fastest infeed system. By increasing speed and reliability as well as eliminating tape jams in the arch, the Bandall sets the standard for banding machines. Unlike arch-less or 'loop style' banders, the arch system allows multiple bands per package without the need to remove the package from the machine after each band. Additionally, the lightweight banding material that can be used drastically reduces material costs. If the application requires a heavier material, thicker films are available as standard items for the Bandall.
Control of the Bandall is easily accomplished using a six-button keypad with display. Three user levels allow easy operation of the machine, while settings and programs can be available to authorized supervisory and service personnel only. The PLC based Bandall is engineered with the future in mind. When purchasing a stand-alone machine, customers are purchasing the same technology that is incorporated into our automatic machines. With a simple hardware kit, the stand-alone machine can be converted for integration into an automated banding line.
